VISION
We want to be a church that is embracing Christ's vision for His people, teaching His Word, serving one another and our communities, faithfully stewarding what God has currently blessed us with, and sending God's people out to whatever mission field He calls them to.
Our
MISSION
While our mission is a work in progress and is always subject to change, right now we want to:
We want to partner with God and other believers to build up & revitalize New Beginnings Baptist Church.
Practically, we are trying to do this by:
1) Being a prayerful and obedient community of believers.
2) Raising up new humble servant leaders.
3) Stabilizing the congregation by bringing in some new families and young people who are passionate about serving the Church.
4) Partnering more closely with local ministries in Xenia.
5) Building and strengthening meaningful relationships within our church community.
6) Staying committed to pursuing outreach opportunities.
Our
STRUCTURE
New Beginnings Baptist Church is experiencing a transformation. We are not the same church that we used to be and we hope that we will not be the same church we are now in a year’s time. We know God is at work and we want to participate in His kingdom efforts. We want to be a people that are helping build the church our culture needs instead of the church that our culture wants.
We want to be a church that understands its history, is aware of its present, and has a hope for its future. We want to re-introduce creativity and uniqueness into the local church, not just copy what the “successful” churches are doing.
We don’t want to evaluate the health of our church by the quantity of people present, but the spiritual growth of our people. We believe that this transformation starts with how NBBC is structured
